Adrianne brings more than 25 years of nonprofit experience, with roles spanning program leadership, people and culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Her work draws on experience leading teams, supporting supervisors, addressing workplace concerns, and creating opportunities for employee engagement.
She approaches organizations with curiosity about what is happening, respect for the people involved, and attention to the responsibility leaders hold. Her focus is practical: what can leaders and organizations do differently, and what will help them keep doing it?
